2. Hafia FC
Hafia FC is one of the country's oldest clubs based in Conakry. It was established in 1957. They have won the Guinean Ligue 1 championship 17 times, and in 1972, they became the first Guinean club to win the African Cup of Champions Clubs.
Hafia Football Club is a Guinean football club based in Conakry. The team, founded in 1951, played under Conakry II in the 1960s and claimed three championships. Despite dominating in the 1960s and 1970s and winning 15 league championships, Hafia's last championship came in 1985.
Hafia FC enjoyed a heyday in the 1970s when they dominated African football after claiming three African Cup of Champions Clubs titles in 1972, 1975, and 1977. It supported such great artists as Mamadou Aliou Kéta, Papa Camara, Bengally Sylla, Abdoulaye Keita, Chérif Souleymane, and Petit Sory.
3. Club Industriel de Kamsar
Guinean association, football team Club Industriel de Kamsar, is based in Kamsar. They currently compete in Guinean football's top division, Ligue 1 Pro.
Wakriya Athlétic Club is a Guinean football club based in Boké. The highest league in Guinean football, the Guinée Championnat National, is where their club competes. As runners-up in the 2018 National Cup, the club will participate in the 2018–19 CAF Confederation Cup, according to Guinean News.

4. Sportive Affiliation Ashanti Golden Boys
Sportive Affiliation Ashanti Golden Boys, also known as AS Ashanti Golden Boys or simply Ashanti GB, is a Guinean association football club based in Siguiri. They are a part of the National Guinée Championnat.
5. Horoya AC
Horoya AC is headquartered in Conakry, Guinea's capital. In both Guinean and Arabic, the name Horoya means Liberty or Freedom. The word derives from Guinean society's enormous and significant Arabic influence.
Horoya Athletic Club, also called Horoya Conakry or HAC, is a football team in Guinea based in Conakry, founded in 1975. The team competes in Guinea's top division of football, the Ligue 1 Pro.
The club made its first-ever appearance in the quarterfinals of the CAF Champions League in 2018, where it lost to Al Ahly SC 4-0 on aggregate after placing second in the group stage (0–0 in Conakry and 4–0 in Cairo).
In the second round of the 2014 CAF Champions League qualifying, they defeated Raja Casablanca, the 2013 FIFA Club World Cup runner-up.
They have won the Guinean Ligue 1 championship 19 times, including six straight titles between 2014 and 2019. They are the most successful club in Guinea.

6. AS Kaloum
A.S.K., or Association Sportive Kaloum, is a football team based in Conakry, Guinea. Conakry I was the name under which ASK won three championships in the 1960s. The Conakry-based team, AS Kaloum, has won the Guinean Ligue 1 championship ten times.
They've also succeeded in continental competitions; in 2002, they advanced to the CAF Cup Winners' Cup semifinals. The team was demoted to Ligue 2 in 2008 due to sponsoring issues.
7. Wakriya AC
Wakriya AC, based in the northwestern Guinean city of Boké, has emerged as a strong contender in recent years. They finished as runners-up in the 2020 season after winning their first Guinean Ligue 1 championship in 2019.
