On December 30, there was a lot of mixed trading on the cryptocurrency market, with some coins' prices falling and a small number entering and remaining in the green. Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) were trading lower and losing money, whereas Binance (BNB) and Solana (SOL) were trading higher and making money.
Data from a trusted source at 9 AM shows that the total value of all crypto assets was down 0.17 percent to $794.66 billion, while the value of all trades was up 3.87 percent to $27.38 billion.
The top coin on the list of the most popular coins was Polygon (MATIC). Shiba Inu came in third, followed by Terra Classic (LUNC) and PancakeSwap (CAKE) (SHIB). On the list, Bitcoin was trending sixth.
Top gainers included OKB (OKB) and Aptos (APT), while top losers included GMX (GMX) and Terra Classic (LUNC).

Bitcoin
At $16,559.50, BTC was down 0.25 percent. At $16,022,261,339, BTC's trading volume increased by 14.48 percent. For the past 24 hours, BTC has been trading in the red. Over the previous 24 hours, it fluctuated between $16,408.48 and $16,612.35.
BTC was trending sixth, and its dominance is now 40.12%, down 0.03 percent from the previous day.
Binance
This morning, Binance (BNB) was trading in positive territory. It was trading in the $243.13 to $245.95 range, up 0.03 percent at $245.58. At $330,486,186, BNB's trading volume decreased by 0.55 percent.
Ethereum
The price of Ethereum (ETH) dropped 0.21 percent to $1,195.65 on the previous day as of Friday morning. The red zone was where Ethereum was most prominent. It fluctuated between a $1,187.46 low and a $1,200.14 high.
On December 31, however, around two in the morning, it briefly entered the green zone before it resumed trading at a loss.

- Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Yearn. Finance (YFI) decreased by 1.21% to $5,129.35. However, its daily trading volume increased by 11.10% to $15,965,600.
- Avalanche (AVAX) was up 0.05 percent at $10.88, with a 28.60 percent increase in 24-hour trading volume at $154,929,011.
