Knowing your JAMB exam results is the first step in determining whether you are eligible for admission to a higher education institution. This is why the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board compiles and releases the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results, held last Tuesday and Monday.

Previously, candidates were expected to send an SMS with the same phone number they used to register to check their JAMB results for 2023. You must submit UTME RESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the registration number to verify the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results. 

The result will be sent as a text message to the phone number they used to register. However, you can now access your results in the JAMB portal. You'll see these two processes below:

How to use SMS to check your JAMB 2023 results

The 2023 UTME results can only be checked in this manner.

*If a candidate enters a phone number not used to register, he will receive the following message: "This phone number was not used for registration."

* A candidate who has received a result will receive the following message: "Dear Mr/Miss X, your result is as follows... (and further information will be supplied).

* The applicant will receive a "Result Withheld" notice if a result is withheld.

How To Check Your Result on the JAMB UTME Result Porta

This is much simpler to find your JAMB UTME results or print them.

You must visit the 2023 JAMB Result Checker and take the following easy steps to check your results: 

• Start by visiting the official JAMB portal at www.jamb.gov.ng.
• Next, locate and select 'E-facility' from the menu bar.
• Click the 'UTME 2023 Main Results Notification Slip' button on the subsequent page. Then, enter your "Reg Number" or "GSM Number" in the appropriate field on the following page.
• To finish the process, click 'Check My Result' after you've completed the previous step.
• Your results should now be visible to you on the screen. Congratulations!
