She owns the Odette Foundation. In Ghana and Togo, this charitable organization helped sickle cell patients. As she made her way to her grandmother's house, where she resided with her father, mother, brother, and sister, Johanita reportedly spoke on the phone with her grandmother.
After buying a present for her mother, she did this. Mohamed Nur attacked her from behind when she was just a few meters away from her home.
At this point in the inquiry, police say there is no evidence that the victim and the man knew each other.
A family friend revealed how the victim's grandma heard a 'terrible scream' before the phone fell to the floor during the attack. Paramedics treated Ms. Dogbey, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ms. Dogbey's relatives praised her as an innovative, dedicated, and loving woman with no inadequate bone in her body. According to the BBC, the suspect has been charged with murder and other offenses related to alleged stabbing incidents.
On Saturday, Mr. Nur, 33, is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon and causing grievous bodily harm to three people. Mr. Nur, of Bond Way in Vauxhall, was in Croydon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
He was kept in custody and ordered to attend the Old Bailey the following week.
