James Cleverly, the foreign secretary of the United Kingdom, will go to Kuwait, Jordan, and Qatar throughout a three-day regional tour.
During his first trip, Mr. Cleverly will meet with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar's foreign and prime ministers, to go over critical regional challenges and developments since the first Strategic Dialogue in February 2023.
Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, Qatar's deputy prime minister and minister of defense, will also be a topic of conversation for him.

The British Foreign Secretary will next fly to Kuwait, where he will meet with His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Sabah, the Crown Prince.
The Foreign Office in London stated that the two officials will discuss how to "explore opportunities to strengthen cooperation."
Mr. Cleverly will visit Jordan to round out his brief trip to the region and make an announcement on funding for civil society organizations that support women and girls worth up to £1.5 million.
During his visit, he will meet with leaders from the World Food Program and UNHCR, where he will announce £30 million in assistance over the following three years to support refugees.
With an estimated 1.3 million refugees, Jordan has the second-highest proportion of refugees per capita in the entire globe.
