The guy shot a gas-powered ball-bearing gun while carrying a knife, but no one was hurt. The 29-year-old is suspected of illegal weapon use and homicidal threats.

He was still in police detention, according to West Yorkshire Police. When the shooter entered the helpdesk area, where several members of the public were present at the moment, staff took cover. West Yorkshire Police Det Ch Insp Andy Farrell appealed for any witnesses to come in contact.

He said the incident could be resolved quickly and safely because armed officers arrived swiftly. "We can confirm that this was a singular incident, and the public is not at greater risk,"
